Our ceremonies are extremely personal and is specially tailored for you. We believe that weddings should be held to the highest standards therefore our ceremonies are not a production line. We take a few couples and let them experience what our island and people truly are. We are local and represent generations of Kanaka Maoli or indigenous people of the land, who's root's are deep into spirituality, teaching and healing. This Mana (energy) is transfered into our Hawaiian Wedding ceremony. On Kauai, there is no other ceremony like ours!
Aloha: Upon arrival at your spectacular beach location, the two of you will be presented with beautiful lei's which you will place around each others neck. This is a symbol of not only affection for each other but is also worn to proclaim your special day!
The Ceremony: Begins with the blowing of the conch shell. This announces the beginning of your ceremony to you, your guests and your ancestors that have come before you. The Hawaiian chants will have English translations so you will understand the spirit of your ceremony. You will have a first breath together as a couple which cleanses your past and the wrapping of a sacred Ho'o Kupa (ti leaf ceremony) that will hold all your wishes and dreams. Celebrate your first toast as husband and wife while listening to live Hawaiian slack key music, with sparking cider or your own favorite beverage in flutes specially engraved to mark the occasion. Your wedding will be electrical and unforgettable!
